Rainydays Sportswear is one of my longest-running collaborations. For over 2 years I've been the go-to creative partner for this Belgian sport and outdoor brand — covering everything from their webshop and print materials to full online marketing.

Challenge

(01)

Full-service marketing & webshop — ongoing since 2024

Rainydays Sportswear is a Belgian activewear brand with a clear focus: high-quality climbing and bouldering gear for women. A passionate niche, but a competitive one. Karlijn needed more than a webdesigner, she needed one creative partner who could own the full picture, from webshop to social media to print. Someone who gets the brand and keeps everything consistent.

Solution

(02)

From webshop to ads: everything in one place.

Webshop

I started with building the webshop. That kicked off with a thorough briefing: which products, what look and feel, what kind of customer experience? From there came the hands-on work: choosing the right theme, setting up product pages, configuring payments and shipping, and testing everything before launch. To give the shop a strong first impression, we organized a a photoshoot so the site launched with professional imagery from day one, this was also a great oportunity to make some 'behind the scenes'-shots for social media.

The webshop went live, but never stood still. Over the years I handled all ongoing changes: a theme migration to a more stable version, new pages like an ambassador page and a blog to strengthen SEO, and continuous updates as the product range and campaigns evolved.

Online Marketing

Once the shop was up and running, the online marketing side began. I worked on newsletters, blog content, ambassador copy and social media (Facebook & Instagram), both organic and paid. Running Meta ads in a competitive sportswear market takes constant testing and fine-tuning. Google Ads is currently being explored as an additional channel.

Print

Alongside the digital work, I took care of all print materials too: business cards, roll-up banners, flyers, posters and signage. Always consistent with the brand identity, which I helped shape from the start.

Conclusion

(03)

The value of one partner who knows it all.

What makes this collaboration work is continuity. Because I've been involved from the very beginning — brand identity, webshop, and communications — Rainydays never had to re-explain who they are or what they stand for. I know the brand, the tone of voice, and the audience. That makes it easy to move fast, whether it's a new campaign, a last-minute flyer, or a tweak on the site. Full service, one partner.

Working with Rainydays is something I genuinely enjoy. Karlijn's vision goes beyond selling sportswear — she's building a community of women who push through, show up for themselves, and lift each other up. That message resonates with me. It's the kind of project where the work feels meaningful, because the brand itself stands for something real.
